About
Psychotherapist · Speaker · Author · Founder of Mente Imparable
I use psychology and mental training to help women rebuild their identity from within.
I'm Paola Cuervo Ardila, a psychotherapist specialized in mental health. I've spent 3+ years in clinical practice helping women rebuild themselves from within, and I founded Mente Imparable — the program that brings together everything therapy taught me and everything sports saved me from.
My work is rooted in personal experience: I used sports as a bridge to survive emotionally, and later integrated psychology to understand what has become the foundation of everything I do — the mind doesn't rebuild itself only by thinking differently, but by training a new identity from within and from the body.
Today I combine clinical psychotherapy, speaking, books, and training to reach more women. I see clients online from anywhere in the world, and I've worked in the United States and Colombia.
